  • Wherever possible, we will do a reverse pickup. The Brand will repay the shipping costs and Credits up to a maximum Cost of Purchase. If a reverse pickup option is unavailable in your location, you could be asked to send the merchandise through a reputable courier in severe cases.
  • After our staff picks up the merchandise and evaluates its quality, the money will be returned. The money will be returned to a source account or brand credits, depending on your preference.
  • Please be aware that when you return the order, time-limited deals that are valid for a short time or product-specific discounts might not be accessible.
  • Complimentary gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

REFUND POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  3. Only after a quality check has been completed will refunds or brand credits be offered.
  4. The entire order or a portion of the same order may be returned.
